Does anyone know if the renovated apartments have the textured walls that appear to be in the unrenovated apartments?

Trying to make the final decision about where to rent and I hate those textured walls in Sherwood Crossing (ELkridge, MD)

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
