I am looking to rent here in June. I liked the location and the seemingly quite environment (as compared to other places in South Florida). However, reviews have not been that spectacular over the years. I have found a positive review for the current year. Makes me think things my have changed for the better.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
