Savannah Heights is a new complex compared to it's neighbors, and there is a gate around the community. However, it is right across the street from Ballou High School---a very rough school, in fact there were a few shootings there this past school year, and the metro police had to set up camp there to lock the school down. The neighborhood looks rough too. In fact this complex is the nicest looking thing in that neighborhood.
