Are there many apartments in SB that allow dogs?

I'm planning on moving to Santa Barbara for grad school/work and have two dogs, a 15lb rat terrier and an 80lb labrador.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
