Concern about Roaches

I'm asking this question because I'm really considering becoming a future tenant. I read the reviews the only concern I had was the one tenant who experience a problem with roaches. Is there anyone else who has had this problem?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
