My roommates and I are thinking of moving in here sometime soon. I was just wondering what your opinions are on the safety of the community and the noise level.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
