It should tell you what your lease termination expense is in your lease. If you have a copy, and YOU SHOULD always keep a copy, you can look at that. If not, you can go down to the office and ask what it is or ask to see the copy of the lease.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
