I moved to Royal Courts about 3 years ago and it was the best move I ever made. Suprisingly I saw no bugs (maybe a few ants from outside that happened to sneak in through the door). The community was quiet (especially for Southeast DC) and very clean. The apartments were a little small but well worth the rent. Moving from Royal Courts was the worst decision I made. When my lease is up I plan on going back if they have any open. I had a two bed/two bath.
