Actually, no. During my 2 year stay there I did not experience any roach issues. However, I did experience a couple squirrels inside and a family of birds that lived in attic area. Which they frequently found their way inside of the apartment through the broken air conditioning ducts that were never repaired after 7 maintenance calls. That is just the creature problem I am mentioning. I can only strongly encourage you to look at other places before settling at Rosehill Pointe as it is truly a nightmare to live there. Don't let price be your guide, just not worth it. Ask current residents. They would be happy to warn you (or maybe encourage)as well.
