Want to know if units have been updated. Want to know it's better to find some place newer and more energy efficient.

Find someplace else. They have not updated the units in years and lightbills are very expensive here.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
