What does the tenant need to pay for here, and about how much (average) would the utilities be for a small 1BR here?

$50-$60/Month in the summer/winter, about $35/month in the fall/spring. Each room has individual heating/cooling units so I just turn it on for the room I'm in and turn them off when gone. You only have to pay for electricity, not water/gas. TV/internet/phone is also up to you.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
