Why the rate for safety is low?
I talked with a woman who lives there since 1/2008 and she told me that they checked with police and this apartment has the lowest police call or reports

I lived in Riverstone for two years. I would have left after a couple months however, I didn't want to pay to break the lease. The only reason I stayed for additional year was because during our first year my husband went to Afghanistan and I wanted to wait until he came home so he could help pick out the next place we would move to.
The walls were paper thin you could here everything. It sounded like the people upstairs were stomping around when in fact they were only walking normally..and were not big people. I saw the cops a couple of times come to calls within the complex but, I had no idea what the calls were pertaining to. I also didn't like that even though there was a security gate and visitors need to punch a code and talk to a tenant before entering...many times if a car is right behind you the can get in the gate as well. Also the gates were broken often and remained open! I could tell you many reasons why you shouldn't move there! Don't do it!!!
