I am getting ready to move my son to Austin and this is the complex he is interested in. Any information you can provide, positive and negative, would be good. Thank you

I would recommend River Stone Ranch to anyone. It is conveniently located about 5 minutes south of Zilker Park and fairly priced. If you have any specific questions, post those here as well.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
