parking is often knocked down in the reviews? Is walking in the tunnel under the train tracks a big inconvenience?

The parking lots have become much fuller in the last couple of months, so you usually have to walk from either end of either lot or through the tunnel, usually after 7pm to get into the building. I don't think it's an inconvenience and I am still a student so I usually walk with a full backpack and laptop bag and groceries when I can get shopping. The tunnel really is not a big inconvenience at all. If you come and see the place, you will see how close it is to the front door and what a safe passage it affords to cross the train tracks. It's also a locked tunnel, so you must use the same "key" to get into the tunnel as you use to get into the building. To me, the extra couple of steps are not a big deal and I'm not considering moving out because of the parking. I hope this helps!

On an everyday basis, not really a problem. The tunnel smells kinda funny, but it's close to the main entrance. The only time it's really tough is when you have groceries, or a lot of stuff to carry in. Then, not being able to find a parking spot can be frustrating; it's hard to go down a flight of stairs, then back up, with 15 bags of groceries in hand. It's definitely not a reason to move out, but it is an inconvenience.
