I sent a UPS package to my sister Janis Takersley who lived at aparment 5074 on Dec 20.

My sister said it never arrived. She has since moved from the apartment to another state. When I asked UPS to track it I was told it was delivered and might by in your office. Can you confirm if the envelope is in your office or if you sent it back to UPS? It contains important legal information and I must receive an answer. It apparently arrived on Dec 22 or Dec 23.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
