I lived there back in 2002-2004(Buenaivista) and used the piped in gas grills but not a bbq pits. The grills were awesome as was everything else at Riata. I notice alot of people get real picky on small little things on the reviews. This was the best place I've ever lived and if I didn't have to move back to canada would still live there! It may depend on your personality as i'm outgoing and took complete advantage or the amazing amenities. (disclaimer: Aparently it is under new ownership not sure of current)

Not all the BBQ grills seemed to work. I seem to recall it was about 75% worked, while the others didn't. That was in 2005/2006 when I lived there. But the one's that worked did get used regularly (including by me).
