Because you ripped me off & charged me for damages I did not do. You made the amount small enough, so it would be cheaper to pay for your lies than to go to court. I had a neighbor go down to my old unit & leave a note on the door, so the next resident called me & he said you did none of the work you charged me for. LIARS!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
