because you make up charges after the resident leaves & then refuse any documentation to back up your statements, so you can obtain additional revenue & the only thing that stops you is court.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
