I live in 2 bed/2ba first floor. There is only two of us. IN the summer it was more expensive.. average of ~$120 for gas and electric in August. Our October bill was $70. It is a bit on the high side, as we don't spend much time in the apartment/run the washer or dryer much

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
