Does anyone know about the credit approval process here? My credit isn't great.

I am looking to more here but I have less than great credit and because I am not moving for another 4 months they won't process my application yet BUT this is my first more and I would like to be prepared.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
