I only saw one laundry room and it was unpleasent. I did my laundry there twice and I decided that I would rather drive to another laundry mat. The prices at the complex were way to expensive for the quality you were getting. It also felt unsafe being down in the basement to do laundry. Hope that helps.

I always do my laundry outside of the complex

As the management team, we try to keep the laundry room as clean and safe as possible. The prices and the machines are provided and managed by an outside company. We are constantly looking to improve, if you have any suggestion how we can improve the laundry experience, we would be glad to take steps to improve. The management is looking in to installing security cameras at the laundry facilities, in order to increase the sense of security.
