This occurred a little while after I complained of theft from one of their maintenance men. He had worked in my apartment, and i noticed that day certain things had vanished.

First off-I wonder if they even do background checks on these guys??
WOOOW. That is insane. I wonder who we can trust here? They did say that they were supposed to replace our garbage disposal...to find out they hadn't. They claimed that we weren't going to get charged for the replacement, but I am not entirely sure if this is true. Everytime I call and ask why I haven't had my garbage disposal replaced yet, they don't have an answer. Are they trying to screw me?
