Is anyone seeing more and more palmetto bugs (triple size coakroaches)!!!!

I ask becuase I've been in Quail Hollow for a while now, but the palmetto bugs are becoming out of control. Am i the only person noticing this? This is very horrifying.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
