No. Used to be but it wore off quickly. Apartments are beautiful and grounds well maintained but very noisy and office acts like you are the only one in the world that can hear your neighbors. Parking on both sides of roads despite posted signs make it difficult to get to some units. Double standard on breeds restricted. Becoming more of a social club than a place for professionals who need sleep at night. Almost like the UNCC grads moved here and still party. AC units don't work well when it is hot (if you have a 2 bedroom). Rent pricing is erratic. Love the unit inside and amenities; however, walls need to be thicker to not hear everything and some decorum would be nice. One month pricing is 1200 on a unit the next month 1000 and they won't reduce it if you moved a day before the pricing dropped.
