Yes I have to ask several times and then verify if the request was ever put in to mainteance. I would suggest never leaving a messgage for a request to be done, just call the front office and verify that it will be noted.

I've lived here since April 2005. all of my requests are handled promptly. If it is an emergency, then it's "all hands on deck" like during the Hurricane Hanna time frame when they perfomed admirably. If it's something relatively minor, it is handled same day. The team shines wnen it comes to work requests as far as I'm concern!!
