I felt the apartments were better than any other places I have lived. I was disappointed to have to move out, but I went back to graduate school in a different state. I felt the grounds were clean, and the apartments clean. While I was there I did see a few roaches, but no more than any other building in Atlanta. I had them well under control with a few bug traps from the store. I was only there for one year, but had I been able to stay the rent would not have changed (it was Aug 2006). As I recall the small studio I was in may have been rent-controlled, so I can't say much about larger apartments.

If I have nothing else to say, I recommend this property. I also had a few friends in other Post properties, all of them liked how the Post company managed their buildings.

Yes, the apartments are clean and pest free. There are MARTA stations about one half mile away. They are a little far for walking distance but there are buss stops right by the complex that will take you to the rail stations. The rent does tend to increase when you renew your lease each year. The most that mine has gone up was like $40 a month. I DO feel safe here. I walk outside at night inside the complex to take out trash, etc. I have lived here for over 4 years and I like it.
