most of the complaints are of paper thin walls. Is this true in the carriage homes or traditional?

this is true of carriage homes...however I think it applies to any unit in the complex. the building wall materials are not sound proof. the thin walls are most annoying in the bathrooms (for obvious reasons) and thin ceilings if you live below someone. good luck!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
