I have already signed the lease to this place looks like I did a mistake after reading these reviews. Is it really that bad? what type of crowd is it? young? mature? aalders? please explain. Do the aprtments in the inside look that bad? is this place good for a college student like me that is going to the school across the street? please!!!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
