We drove threw Planters Retreat twice. Once on a Saturday afternoon and once at night. We did not see any trash or people hanging around. It really did seem like a nice community.

My review still stands as my opinion. It may "seem" like a nice place, but the people around here make it a bad place. So you will have to deal with that. You may have great neighbors and get lucky with the maintenance and staff. Although you may have neighbors with disrespectful children and have a problem getting maintenance jobs taken care of. Its your risk to take.

Thank you so much for your prompt response. Are they doing any thing about the problem people? I have never lived in Summerville do you know of any nicer apartments?
