I lived there five years before I bought a house and moved out a month ago. I've noticed that in general, apt ratings are always terrible because people only post when they're angry and not when they're happy. I did not notice most of the things others notice. I had one neighbor who would play loud music in the mornings sometimes and another neighbor who sometimes yelled a lot. But they both moved after a year. It really depends on that one. Last month, two cars were broken into and they put up signs warning people not to leave valuables. The staff was always very helpful and polite to me but they did have a major changeover in staff in the last few months so I don't know the new people as well. I always enjoyed living there and felt it was a nice place. The location and the floorplans are the best part about it.
