As far as safety goes, I never had an issue. The entrance/exit gate, which is card access, is kept open during the day and was often broken. However, compared to the other apartments near the mall, it was the quietest, cleanest looking, and appeared to be the safest.
Maintenance was great. They responded quickly to all requests, which can be submitted online, and they always did a great job. There was never a fee to have them come in and fix something.
