Anything new there? How is the crime? rent increases? any problems?

I live in the townhouses and am pretty happy here. The outdoor pool is nice and the movie theater too. Crime is not an issue and rent increases come every 2 years it seems.

About how much does the rent increase. For instance with a senior discount rent is $640 a month so how much would it go up? Do you know anything about Building E? Are the people in that building friendly and how is the maintenace
