When we were there, they paid water and sewer. Basic cable (13 channels) may also be paid for but not sure. Everything else was your responsibility. Its all electric so gas isnt an issue.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
