I am trying to choose a place to live without being physically there in Meridian. The reviews in early 2007 aren't encouraging and I would like to know if things have changed for the better or gotten worst?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
