I just moved to Parkview Pointe and I think the upper end of the dog size here is 25 pounds, but I didn't pay that much attention since I have cats.
We haven't been here long, only about a month, but it's been a pretty good place so far. It's an income restricted property so you have to be in just the right income bracket to get in here. It's just off Maryland and Twain and they have a really good move in special right now (March 2008) if you fit in their income guidelines.
Over all, I think most places have a limit on the size of the dog, almost always 25 lbs, and some have breed restrictions. If anyone is interested, most places limit you to two cats at most as well, and that's when they allow pets at all.
