What if I am 18, still in high school and dont have a credit score. Will I be able to rent here?

Because I am thinking of moving out when I turn 18, which is in 5 months. A friend and I thought this would be a nice place to live.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
