Please do not send your daughter there...
I just moved out three months ago.
Too much roaches... no matter how many they fuminate, they keep alive~!!!
2nd, manager is only nice when you move in, after that they treat you like a crap.

I paid like 800 dollars deposit... After I moved out, they sent me a bill of $350. They said they needed $1150 to recover the apt. but it doesn't make sense, nothing was broken. The APT was pretty clean.

Too Noisy... so many cars honking on the street...

Terrible Terrible APT!!

Air is polluted...

I will do anything not to move there....

I would never recommend this apartment. I am very glad to be out of there. The staff is horrible, and makes the living experience poor.
They are very unhelpful, and will charge you extra every chance they get. They are just crooks.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
