We need to know some of the violations so that we can use them against them and break our lease. Like you, we were not aware of the cockroach problem or the poor plumbing or the terrible A/C unit that goes out at least once a week in this 100 degree weather. ANONYMOUS please I need your help getting out of our lease.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
