Can anyone tell me how the 4 bedrooms apartments are?

Asked 249 days ago

I have seen a number of pros and cons/for and against park towne place, but i was wondering what the 4 bedrooms are like. Based off the rates, they are much cheaper than a studio, 1br, 2br, and 4 br apt. I was curious to also get some information on how much utilities would cost.

utilities is kinda wierd for park towne..they do not chrge you for what you actually use rather they divide the expenses of the comlex and then charge you by apartment depending on how many people are in your apartment...this iskind of important if you ar thinking about a four bedroom apartment and you are not going to have four people in those rooms. i have a studio and I pay 120 for a 425 sq ft place ....i might be wrong but I am guessing a four bedroom apt might be between 150-200...maye enen more t really is over priced here and def not worth it.... for a month even if you do not use that much. Just to let you know washer and dryers do not come in apts and you pay for water ....you might be better off at the sterling...or somewhere along the same price lines park towne is really dumpy and i would not pay my orst enemy to live here.

Just so you know, I have a two bedroom and I paid over $200 this past month. I really like the Park Towne as a complex over all, but the rent is just getting to be too much. Like the previous poster said, you're paying the price of somewhere like the Sterling and you don't get the luxury apartment service. Were the rent less, I would recommend this place to ANYONE. But with things the way they are currently and with rent skyrocketing, I can't say that anymore. Look for your rent to probably rise over $100-200 within the next year as well. They're doing massive renovations so that's an important question to ask when you first come to visit. That's the reason that we have to leave.

Park Towne Place is a nightmare now. Heat fluctuates, packages disappear, no hot water repeatedly, elevators are frequently out of order, buildings are infested with insects and rodents, the restaurant has closed, the supermarket has taken a major dive in quality, all improvements are cosmetic designed to lure in the unsuspecting, management is completely uncaring and rents are going up due to the beautification project while the infastructure crumbles.

Look elsewhere.
