Good maintenance is my main concern - how is Park Lake Village's maintenance?

I've had several bad experiences with terrible landlords that provided little or no maintenance at all. I'm new to north NJ and am looking for a place that is safe and has good maintenance.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
