What about the parking situation in this apartment?

San Francisco, is hard to find a parking and on the Paramount website, nothing tells about the parking amenities, except the bicycle storage.

There is valet parking available in the building. It's owned by a separate company, hence why they don't advertise anything about it. I believe it's $300/month for a car and $125/month for a motorcycle. (The motorcycle parking is a pain though since a valet has to take you to your bike.)

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
