I've seen the reviews on this site but since they say practically the same thing (verbage). I assume they are from the same person. I have looked at the apartments and havent seen any bugs. It looks cute, but it is a bad neighborhood?
I live alone and am a woman. So i'm weary of bad reviews and the crime reports in raleigh.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
