My lease is ending soon and as usual they gave me pricing to renew with an increase in the rent. I know from experience at other apartment complexes they will negotiate the price, especially if you've been a reliable tennant. Roughly how much would you expect to pay for a 2bed2bath?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
