I may be moving to Lake Charles with my job and am interested in more info about them. Do you like living there, is it safe, and convenient, and would you recommend me living there?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
