I have a sister who is disabled with progressive cronic COPD and a back problem. She just recently went out on Social Security Disability per her doctors. She will start getting Social Security checks in May. But for now she is on welfare and they are only giving her $270 a month to live on. But fight now she is staying in one room or a friends house, however he has get extremely abusive in the way he talks to her and she is afraid of him, but she has no where else to go. If she can't get an apartment now would you have one for her as subsidized when she starts getting her Social Security check?
