Im looking to rent an apartment. I was told they were low income but then another friend told me they werent. I can only afford to rent there if its low income.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
