What is the worst thing about Oakwood Apartments? Do they really go into your apartment when you aren't there?

I lived at Oakwood for 8 years and never had that problem. By law the lanlord must give 24 hours notice before entering your unit and must have good reason to do so. The only reason they do not have to give this notice would be in an emergency, such as a pipe burst in your unit and you're not home.

We have stayed at the appartments 3 times and have never had that problem, if they needed to go into the apartment to repair or attend to a problem, we always had a letter or phone call in advance. If cleaning was requested then of course they went in without us being there.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
