I had a problem with bed bugs and the apartment complex is saying I have to use and pay for thier service is this fair?



I have already taken care of them and my personal property. I have treated the bed bugs and they are now gone. The apartment complex is now saying they must enter and treat them with their company. And as a result I have to pay the service fee. Can they force me to pay this fee for a comapny I did not choose? I have been at this complex for 8 months and only recently they bugs have showed up. They indicated that I must have brought them in and there is no other way... thus the justification for making me use ther service and pay for it.
