Because there is my self my 4 yr old my 1 yr. old my husband and my mom wanting to get a 2 bedroom apartment together

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
