I need to know. I am seriously considering living here and I need to make sure it is a safe place for my wife and kids. I have read so many apartment reviews that include conflicts with roaches, armed robbery, vehicle theft... I cannot put my family in that kind of area. Thank you for your time.

I loved living there. The only reason I moved was because I had a baby and wanted more space. I never had a problem while living there. And if I ever had to move back to an apartment, it would be here. Also, the staff is awesome! I lived there for 3 years and never saw a roach, so that statement is false. There were a couple of issues with other apartments in Crofton, but not North Forest... I hope this helps.
